Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Great communicators deserve more
than an hourly wage.
At Ken's Gutters, we're looking
for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with confidence, and
getting rewarded for doing it well.
This isn't a high-pressure sales
job, and you won't be cold calling.
Homeowners contact us because
they're interested in our services. Your job is to guide the conversation,
answer questions, provide quotes using our proven process, and help customers
schedule their service.

We provide the script, the
training, and the support. You bring the communication skills and the drive to
succeed.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from
homeowners throughout Florida.
Follow up with customers who have
requested quotes.
Explain our services using our
proven script.
Help customers schedule their
gutter cleaning service.
Answer questions professionally
and confidently.
Set clear expectations and
politely say "no" when requests fall outside our services.
Coordinate appointments with our
operations team.
Complete light administrative
tasks and maintain accurate customer records.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in customer service,
hospitality, retail, banking, reception, or call centers is a plus—but not
required.

$22/hour base pay
Uncapped commission
Monday–Friday schedule (no
weekends)
