Customer Care Specialist with Greek / Romanian (m/f/d)

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for customer care via the various channels of (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Greek/Romanian. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

• respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process
• resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details
• collaborate with other departments within Westwing

• fluency in Greek and/or Romanian

• communicative English at a minimum B2 level
