Job Description:

Currently we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join the team in the role of: Customer Care Specialist with Oracle Order Management

• Sales order & Claims creation 
• Process and create sales orders and claims in compliance with company policies
• Handle amendments to orders as per customer requestsAssist in managing customer claims and returns, ensuring quick resolution
• Maintenance of customer portal 
• Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders 
• Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA 
• MIS reporting as needed 
• Responsible for & Understands Order Management and Booking Proceses

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Proficiency in English language 
• Bachelor's degree 
• Mandatory experience in order management and order booking in Oracle 
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries efficiently
• 2+ years of experience with additional responsibilities in issue resolution and data management
• High agility, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing orders and claims
