Job Description - Customer Concierge

We’re looking for someone who believes great service isn’t just about getting the job done — it’s about how people feel along the way.



As our Customer Concierge, you’ll be the friendly, steady point of contact throughout the customer journey. You’ll anticipate needs, follow up thoughtfully, and look for the small details that turn a normal interaction into a memorable experience. If you naturally notice the little things that can brighten someone’s day, this role was made for you.


What You’ll Do



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout their project

  • Schedule and coordinate Customer Care Visits

  • Deliver a consistent “10-star” communication experience

  • Monitor and respond to customer surveys (Medallia/Signature Service)

  • Review feedback and route concerns to the appropriate department

  • Maintain accurate reports and account updates daily

  • Mail company materials and personalized homeowner communications

  • Provide insight to management on customer trends, job status, and NPS feedback

  • Represent the company with positive, uplifting energy in every interaction

What You’ll Need



  • High School diploma or equivalent (2-year degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn CRM/survey systems

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (occasional travel to job sites required)
