Customer Contract Specialist - Immediate Start

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to work in the Columbus, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Summary:
The Customer Contract Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing customer contracts. The successful candidate will participate in daily Contract Management operations and assist Contract Management team members when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Customer Contract management for the integrity of provisioning system performance, and the delivery of world-class enrollment, account management and customer retention operations that meet and exceed all customer and company expectations.
• Responsible for supporting all contract life-cycles.
• Support daily operations associated with provisioning services and contract approval processes.
• Assume accountability for the timeliness and integrity of all mission-critical projects, processes, and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year contract management, operations or relevant business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency with an emphasis on Excel.
• Service and results oriented.
• General knowledge of budgeting and accounting procedures.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Remote position.
