Description

Labconco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to support our domestic customers, dealers, and sales representatives. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for order entry, quotations, freight coordination, credits, returns, and general customer support.

The Customer Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting repeat business and driving sales growth. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Communication & Customer Service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Technical & Computer Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, commissions, and basic measurements
  • Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
  • Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to solve routine problems

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and dealers requesting information on orders, products, returns and other questions they have.
  • Review/release Electronic Commerce Management (ECM) orders
  • Enter other orders into system (phone, fax, email, etc)
  • Code all domestic orders with market segments
  • Be a first responder in our Live Chat service
  • Prepare basic quotations and freight quotations
  • Support Labconco Sales Representatives
  • Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMA), write credits as necessary
  • Scan order, PO ,return and other documents into our document retention software system
  • Log emails, calls, live chats, quotes in Salesforce to ensure the success of our CRM system

Other Duties

Perform other job duties as assigned by Management.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
