Job Description - Customer Direct Contract Billing Specialist
Description
Join the largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as a Customer Direct Contract Billing Specialist.
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be advanced in Microsoft Office 360, familiar with billing processes and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition to billing-related tasks, a large part of this position is responsible for setting up client accounts, reviewing and interpreting contract documents and entering them appropriately into the system. In this role you will be communicating with customers directly, thus strong interpersonal skills are required
This position is 100% on-site. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Creation of new customer accounts and contracts
Proficient in Microsoft 360
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Efficient in file organization
Complete billing related tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment. Must possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of billing procedures.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a customer service or billing role.
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft 360
Prior working experience with email service account group or shared mailboxes
Proficient knowledge of Sharepoint
Knowledge of billing procedures.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
