Job Description - Customer Engagement Insight Consultant


We are regularly looking for consultants in the area of Customer Engagement Insights globally to join our network of independent consultants.


Roles & Responsibilities

Customer engagement insight consultants are responsible for gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers to shape engagement approaches and strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights.

We are interested in hearing from insights specialists with expertise in:



  • Patient / customer journey mapping

  • Research into interaction/channel preferences

  • CX or voice of the customer research

  • Ethnography

  • Social media listening






Requirements

The ideal consultants will be passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. They will be strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise in customer insight generation related to engagement strategy in Life Sciences. They will be thought leaders with a strong service orientation capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward. They will strong executers capable of managing programs independently.





Relevant prior experiences include:



  • Established independent consulting practice

  • Proven experience in a Researcher or Insights specialist an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company

  • Track record of designing and directing insights programs related to customer engagement

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health

  • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion

  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills

  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing process

  • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
