Job Description - Customer Engagement Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will connect with clients, assist with booking coordination, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure each client interaction is seamless and professional.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and providing excellent support. No prior industry experience and training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Coordinate and manage bookings and client arrangements

  • Research, compare, and confirm options based on client needs and preferences

  • Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations

  • Handle updates, modifications, and service-related inquiries promptly

  • Maintain organized and accurate client records

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development
