Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly + Commission
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience) + Commission Opportunities

Automotive Elegance (AE) is a premier vehicle protection company specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Window Tint, and high-end detailing services. We deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final vehicle delivery — and our front-of-house team plays a critical role in that promise.



Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a client experience and revenue-support role where your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to identify opportunities directly impact company growth.


No automotive experience is required — we will train the right personality. If you are coachable, competitive, team-oriented, and looking for long-term career growth, we want to meet you.



Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment

  • Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services

  • Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions

  • Provide accurate estimates and process invoices

  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation

  • Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients

  • Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

  • Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus)



What We’re Looking For



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone

  • Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude

  • 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred (retail or luxury experience is a plus)

  • Passion for high-end vehicles or luxury products is a bonus

  • Seeking long-term growth — not just a job
