Position Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking enthusiastic, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Customer Engagement Travel Advisors.

In this role, you will connect with clients, understand their travel goals, and coordinate customized vacation experiences. From the initial inquiry through trip completion, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and building long-term client loyalty.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on communication, enjoy consultative support, and want flexibility while working from home. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify travel preferences, needs, and budgets

• Plan and coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Deliver personalized recommendations and tailored travel options

• Oversee reservations, confirmations, and itinerary management

• Proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after travel

• Strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

• Maintain detailed client profiles and accurate booking documentation

• Stay current on travel promotions, supplier partnerships, and destination updates

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability

• Organized and detail-oriented approach to multitasking

• Comfort working across digital systems and booking platforms

• Self-driven with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

• Reliable internet connection
