Daily Management: ​ In addition to CE responsibilities, shift Leads primary focus is to help Ops Lead allocate the shift resources to best meet the customers expectation while mentoring, providing assistance, and training to junior CEs and PMTs ​ Be proactive, looking ahead at upcoming maintenance and prepare parts/resources. Ensure no staffing is working on their own if not qualified ​ Ensure all new hires/contractors/loan labor review sites expectations and protocols (safety, qualification, TRTs, and WSS) ​ ​ Assist in all areas of the fab and cover areas that are short resources​ ​ Assist with escalations/communications on all prolonged/chronic downs to CIP Engineer and Operations Lead. Provide Shift Personnel (CE's, PMT's) feedback to Ops Lead for Quarterly Reviews and for issues that arise thru the shift related to personnel issues​ ​ Has developed depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems, or acts as the technical expert in an area Uses knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectives Understands the impact of various actions/decisions on the account(s). Takes initiative to avoid and resolve customer problems. May act as a team lead, may allocate work to more junior team member; provides subject matter guidance to more junior team members Evaluates and communicates technical content in a clear manner Bachelor's Degree 7 - 10 Years Languages:
