Customer Enrollment Representative Entry Level

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the go-to sales advisor for wireless products, plans, and services inside major retail locations

• Conduct personalized customer consultations to match shoppers with the right devices and data packages

• Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, from initial interest to completed activation

• Present service options and promotions in a clear, engaging way to drive sales

• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on all device and plan offerings

• Work closely with team leads to track performance goals and improve sales strategies

• Accurately document customer information in CRM tools and follow up as needed

• Ensure a positive in-store experience with every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and people skills—you enjoy talking with customers and solving problems

• Motivated, sales-minded attitude with a desire to exceed goals and earn commission

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus

• No sales experience needed—we provide full paid training

• Comfortable in a retail sales environment with a high level of foot traffic

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn about phones, plans, and promotions

• Able to work full-time, including weekends
