Customer Enrollment Trainee

Regal Management is seeking a results-driven and personable Customer Enrollment Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping potential clients enroll in our services by providing product information, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Core Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Trainee:

• Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of our services and guide them through the enrollment and sales process
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly goals by closing sales
• Stay up to date on services, upgrades, promotions, speeds and devices for customer options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and important activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
