**What you will do-**
You will own and manage the daily maintenance and long-term improvements of Customer Cares essential business systems and processes. You will analyze data trends and provides solutions for improving the user experience. You will maintain ownership of each users experience with Customer Care systems by collecting feedback and reaching out to CC agents and sales representatives that are having issues with the functionality of those sites/programs.

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our function
*

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities & implementing solutions to improve quality & process efficiency, reduce waste, and drive team engagement.
**What you need-**
*

Bachelors Degree in business-related concentration, required
*

0-2 years of customer service or related role, preferred
*

Must be able to prioritize work effectively
*

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Salesforce.com, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.).
*

Previous experience with design or process improvement
*

Must be able to communicate with large groups of people
