Customer Experience Assistant

This entry-level opportunity supports visitors and guests through welcoming, informative, and highly interactive onsite service.

People contact is central to the role. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Where you’ll contribute

·       Greet guests and provide directions or information

·       Assist with routine questions and requests

·       Support activities, events, or service areas

·       Coordinate guest needs with onsite teams

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
