Job Description - Customer Experience Associate


Full Time, Virtual: Can be a fully remote position


Experience: 1+ year in a customer-facing roll 


Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Shopify & Google Suite preferred

  • A passion for needlepoint


Responsibilities:



  • Assist with online customer needs as they arise

  • Answer needlepoint questions from stitchers of all skill levels   

  • Complete duties such as:

  • Assist in managing the customer service inbox 

  • Adjust customer orders as needed in Shopify 

  • Thread re-ordering

  • Build purchase orders, products and thread kits in Shopify

  • Any other duties assigned.

  • Will need to work as needed on nights / weekends as customer service

  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with other departments. 

  • Friendly, energetic, self-starter
