Edmond Hyundai is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our Service Department!

Job Responsibilities

  Make follow-up phone calls to customers after their service visits.

  Ensure customers are satisfied with their service experience.

  Ask customers about their visit and address any concerns professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Document customer feedback accurately in our systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate customer concerns to the appropriate service manager or team member for follow-up.

  
  


• 
  

  Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  Represent Edmond Hyundai with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude on every call.

  
  

Qualifications

  Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.

  Friendly, positive, and professional personality.

  Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Good listening skills and attention to detail.

  Comfortable using computers and documenting customer interactions.

  Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

  Previous customer service, call center, automotive, or dealership experience is a plus.
