Your New Role:


As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Mister Sparky, you’re not just answering phones—you’re the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll support our technicians in the field, ensure customers get the top-tier service they deserve, and keep everything running smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Sit in a comfortable office with three monitors for ultimate multitasking.
  • Be the lifeline for our technicians, providing them with the support they need.
  • Answer calls with the kind of customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Present our amazing service plans to customers, making their lives easier.
  • Create a "peace of mind" for customers right from the first contact.
  • Keep our technicians busy by scheduling maintenance, even during slower times.
  • Seek out more work and ways to improve—because you're driven and proactive.

  • Proficiency in using Service Titan software or similar dispatching systems is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
  • 5+ years of experience as a dispatcher or similar position.
  • Fast typing skills and data entry experience.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and performance-based mindset.
  • Ability to work on-call schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
