Job Description - Customer Experience Coordinator (Remote)

Hancock Photography is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to support our clients throughout the booking and service process. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online messaging.
  • Schedule photography sessions and manage appointment calendars.
  • Provide clients with information about services and booking procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Assist with order tracking and follow up on client requests.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks and other customer service activities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM or scheduling software.
  • Experience working in a remote customer support environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
