Customer Experience Manager

Description

Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Customer Experience Manager or CX Manager to join the team. The Customer Experience Manager will work with all departments to build and retain a loyal customer base. The Customer Experience Manager will oversee, coach, and develop the sales and service teams. The CX Manager will also act as the Delivery Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resolving customer complaints
• Coach & Develop sales & Service teams
• Establish strategies to identify process improvements
• Manage and monitor CSI reporting
• Work with Service and Sales teams to ensure development of customer experience training
• Work with sales team and assists with vehicle deliveries to customers.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience is required
• Previous Customer Service Management experience is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s license
