Job Description - Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager with Floor Coverings International, you play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our local franchise. A successful Customer Experience Manager will enable us to write more estimates, efficiently schedule and manage projects, support our marketing efforts, and maintain accurate financial records for the business.

This position will be instrumental to build a 5-star Customer Journey process, starting from customer acquisition, through installation.

Qualifications:

Full-time position with 40 hours per week

1-3 years of project management or event management experience

Guerilla marketing experience

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a preferred skill for the position

Flooring Industry experience strongly preferred
