Customer Experience Manager (Temporary Assignment)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

$23/hr

Position Description
The Customer Experience Manager will lead efforts to ensure a smooth recruitment process, provide top-notch support for credentialing, scheduling, technology troubleshooting, data entry, telephonic sales, and post-placement follow-up. This exempt position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a commitment to a customer-centric approach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment Excellence
?Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure the recruitment process meets Hub needs, including posting job listings, sourcing candidates, screenings, and on-boarding.
?Proactively engage with candidates to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Credentialing and Compliance
?Assist in verifying credentials, licenses, certifications, and other necessary documents for compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
?Maintain meticulous records of all credentialing and compliance activities.

Scheduling and Coordination
?Manage scheduling, including facility bookings and shift assignments for staff and clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
?Handle cancellations and address scheduling-related questions promptly to maintain operational efficiency.

Technology Support
?Provide technical assistance to customers during virtual interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
?Swiftly resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Data Management
?Accurately input customer information into our recruitment database, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records throughout the recruitment process.
?Uphold data integrity and confidentiality standards.

Telephonic Sales Support
?Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and opportunities during customer interactions.
?Engage in telephonic sales by sharing pertinent information about our services and offerings with interested customers to support business development efforts.

Post-Placement Follow-Up
?Ensure prompt placement of customers on billable shifts, aligning with their specific needs.
?Conduct follow-up engagements after placements to gauge success and address any concerns.
?Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives.
?All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

?Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
?Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
?Technical aptitude to troubleshoot standard technology issues during virtual interactions.
?Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
?Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
?Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
?High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Education/Experience
Education- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Prior experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, or related roles preferred.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems and solve them.
