As a CER, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our brand solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers feel valued every step of the way. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide accurate, friendly, and responsive service via inbound and outbound calls to build customer rapport
  • Input and manage customer data accurately, document all interactions, and process payments
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful resource regarding company services, scheduled appointments and policies
  • Communicate effectively across multiple departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Multitask efficiently and effectively to manage customer interactions and various systems
  • Adapt to new processes and changes with ease

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, solutions-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite a plus)
  • Tech-savvy and eager to take on new responsibilities
  • A heart for serving others and a team-first mindset
