A Day in the Life

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service for both internal and external customers. Your day will include:

  • Providing responsive and professional support via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
  • Accurately entering and processing customer orders in our feed management system
  • Managing customer standing orders and keep-fill programs
  • Assisting with invoicing, administrative support, and office coordination
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth workflows
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of clerical, office, or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and has strong data entry skills
  • Work independently while balancing multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and colleagues
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing team
