Customer Experience Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative who’s not only professional and organized but also passionate about delivering exceptional service in the agricultural industry.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for both our customers and internal teams. Your day will be filled with meaningful tasks that directly support farmers and ensure smooth operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer support via phone, text, email, in person, and at the front desk
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, answering product or order questions and directing them appropriately
• Serve as the go-to contact for internal team members needing order or account support
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders using our feed management system
• Maintain standing orders and keep-fill programs for recurring customers
• Assist with invoicing and offer general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
• Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely, accurate service
• Spot opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions that enhance the customer experience

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
• Strong data entry and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player mindset with a proactive, customer-first attitude
• Experience in agriculture or a genuine interest in the industry is a bonus
