Job Overview
We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, process orders, and ensure a positive
experience at every interaction. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

A Day In The Life

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.


• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, product questions, and customer inquiries.


• Manage product returns and repair requests from start to finish.


• Provide regular updates to customers and ensure timely issue resolution.


• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.


• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to meet customer needs.


• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience preferred.


• HS Diploma or GED required


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.


• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
