Summary/Objective: Luxury Backyard Living/Temo, Inc. is recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a highly engaging and customer-focused experience across multiple channels, including the showroom, telephone, website, and social media platforms, while also supporting and executing a range of administrative tasks. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:  
  • Handle and route all incoming customer calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Welcome customers, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and Installation to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and take steps to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay educated on Luxury Backyard Living’s products, features and offering to provide knowledge support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • High School or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years’ experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, and/or administrative role.
  •  Must be able to read and comprehend printed order sheets and perform basic math calculations (addition and subtraction).
  • Experience with building permit process, a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services, a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, a plus.
Physical Demands:         
  • Work with hands and fingers daily; keyboarding.
Work Environment:       
  • The position is in an office setting with extended periods working on a personal computer.
  • Occasionally visits to manufacturing area, which may be exposed to noise, smells, heat, etc.
