What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding the perfect vehicle


• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance


• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features with confidence


• Work closely with teammates and managers to meet and exceed sales goals


• Stay up to date on inventory and industry trends


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term connections


• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus! (But not required)


• Experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset


• A passion for helping people and providing top-notch customer service


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively


• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
