CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST - SEASONAL
Natural Life is looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Specialists to help us deliver happiness to our customers during our busiest, most joyful time of year! You'll be the friendly voice behind our online orders — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer interaction feels as warm as our brand.
What you'll do:
• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple systems including phone, email, and chat
• Manage orders, returns, credits, and reshipments with care and accuracy
• Always finding great outcomes for our customers
• Keep up to date on our products so you can be a go-to resource
• Bring positive energy to the team, even on our busiest days
What we're looking for:
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing a degree, preferred
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, fun environment
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Available to work in-office for all scheduled shifts in Jacksonville Beach
When we need you:
October 12, 2026 - January 15, 2027, Monday - Friday, Flexible 4 and 6 hour shifts, Mornings and Afternoons. ** UPDATED AVAILABLE SHIFT TIMES as of 9/16/26:
- 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
- 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (Mon–Thu)
Our CE Team is out of the office for the following Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
This is a seasonal, in-office role — a great fit if you love people, love the holidays, and want flexible hours during peak season.
