Job Summary:

At Nellis Auction, our Customer Experience Team is essential to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, ensuring they receive their orders efficiently, and maintaining a safe and organized lot. Each team member works together to create a seamless and positive experience for our customers, whether interacting directly or working behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Team:

Safety Advisor:

  • Direct and manage parking lot traffic to ensure safety for both customers and employees.
  • Assist customers in parking and navigating the lot.
  • Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols.

Lot Attendant:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive initial interaction.
  • Check-in customers efficiently and answer any questions they may have.
  • Facilitate the transition from check-in to load-out.

Load Out:

  • Assist customers in receiving their orders by gathering and delivering items to their vehicles.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Returns Clerk:

  • Process customer returns, ensuring items are ready for resale or appropriately sorted.
  • Issue same-day refunds and resolve any return-related issues.
  • Identify and separate unsellable items from those that can be relisted.

  • Maintain a safe and organized lot, reducing potential liabilities.
  • Efficiently manage returns to optimize inventory and sales.
  • Support smooth operational workflows, increasing overall efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage lot safety and direct traffic.
  • Check-in customers and provide initial assistance.
  • Facilitate order load-outs.
  • Process and manage customer returns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to company safety and operational policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and transactions.
