Job Description:

As a Customer Fulfillment Associate at Naturals2Go+, you will be responsible for directly servicing and overseeing two unattended retail stores. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency at both locations. You will manage all aspects of facility cleaning, maintenance, inventory organization, and product restocking to ensure a seamless and safe shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• - Maintain facility cleanliness at both stores, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing all areas.


• - Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure that all store equipment and fixtures are in optimal condition.


• - Restock and rotate inventory following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards to ensure freshness and compliance.


• - Track inventory usage, sales, and spoilage accurately using company systems.


• - Remove expired or damaged products according to company procedures.


• - Conduct regular audits of equipment and store conditions to identify and resolve issues proactively.


• - Monitor and maintain store security, ensuring all entry points are properly secured.


• - Collaborate with operations and vendors for product deliveries, equipment servicing, and store upgrades.


• - Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and ensure tools and supplies are accounted for.


• - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper PPE use and cleaning protocols.


• - Complete administrative tasks such as recording transactions, preparing reports, and submitting documentation on time.

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in facility management, maintenance, or retail operations preferred.


• - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.


• - Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.


• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across two store locations.


• - Must be a U.S. citizen.


• - Must pass a motor vehicle report, background check, and credit check.


• - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• - Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks.


• - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
