Location: Boston or Denver (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office required)

As an Account Executive on our NewCo ENTR (Entrepreneur) team, you’ll help fast-growing online stores unlock their potential—enabling them to scale faster, connect deeper with their customers, and own more of their revenue destiny.
This is more than a sales role. It’s a chance to directly impact the success of the businesses we serve while advancing your own career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in ecommerce tech.
Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and demo to negotiation and close—with ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategies for sustained success.
Serve as a consultative partner and product expert, positioning Klaviyo as a growth driver for online brands.
Collaborate across the team to support your peers, share best practices, and build a winning sales culture.
Mentor and guide new team members, contributing to team ramp and excellence.
Step into strategic projects or stretch roles that accelerate your learning and impact.
Experienced: 1-2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in martech or ecommerce-focused solutions.
Conversationally Fluent: Comfortable selling to founders, CMOs, and ecommerce leaders—especially those in DTC, retail, or digitally native verticals.
Driven by Purpose: Motivated by helping creators succeed and by exceeding your own goals in the process.
Curious and Coachable: You seek feedback, value continuous improvement, and view challenges as opportunities to learn.
Collaborative: You’re a team player who uplifts others and contributes to a strong, inclusive culture.
