Job Description - Customer Interaction Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Interaction Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will engage with clients, assist with travel research and booking coordination, and ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and service-focused.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with others, providing helpful guidance, and ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to confirmed booking. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Assist with travel research and coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services

  • Provide general destination and itinerary information

  • Confirm reservations with suppliers and verify booking details

  • Respond to inquiries, updates, and service-related requests promptly

  • Maintain detailed and organized client files

  • Follow established procedures for bookings and client communication

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
