KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a good working relationship with assigned customers
• Monitor service, track and trace to manage on time pick-up and delivery
• Proactively communicate with customers in regards to service delays and general questions
• Handle urgent situations in a professional manner
• All other duties and projects as assigned

What you will need:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large volume and critical delivery parameters
• Human relations skills
• Ability to creatively solve problems as needed
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment
• Strong time management and organization skills with great attention to detail
• Demonstrated PC aptitude including knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
• Knowledge of DOT and CSA regulations
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

You’ll also need to have:

• Strong Excel, Power Point and Outlook experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably B2B
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Great attention to detail
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is highly preferred
• At least 1 year of office experience is required. Minimum of 1 year of transportation or logistics experience is a bonus
