Customer Marketing Specialist

South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is growing and we’re hiring a Customer Marketing Specialist to help unlock the full potential of our 7,000+ active members and loyal customer base. • Competitive Pay: $25.00 per hour + monthly bonus + spiffs for every new membership sold

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday Saturday 8:00am- 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to existing members and repeat customers
• Send 300+ texts and 75+ emails per week via Podium and Dialpad
• Book 25+ member appointments per week (tune-ups, estimates, duct cleanings, etc.)
• Track all customer outreach and notes in ServiceTitan
• Upsell or renew memberships when possible
• Follow a monthly marketing calendar and campaign objectives
• Be a core member of our Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager

• Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, outbound customer marketing, or fundraising
• High energy, confidence on the phone, and comfort working from a target list
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated with sharp attention to detail
• CRM/data entry experience a plus
