This global company provides online support services to businesses of different sizes.
The tight-knit firm in the Portland area now needs to hire a customer success professional for their growing team.
THE JOB
In this client success role, you will support the tight-knit company's growth by collaborating with the sales team, customers, and online support teams. Day-to-day this involves helping to onboard new small-medium sized customers.
Each day you would work with clients via phone calls, e-mails, and virtual meetings. When you are not engaging with the clients or Assistants, you will spend your time documenting information or innovating alongside other internal team members. The local team works in the office together 4 days a week, with one day remote per week.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of professional work experience, supporting customers
Organized with strong attention to detail
Project management experience is a plus!
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn emerging technology tools
Must reside in the Portland, OR-Metro area to work hybrid remote and in-office

$65-95K OTE Year 1 = $55-75K starting salary depending on experience + monthly bonus/commission
