This role is an opportunity for someone who wants to own and run everything related to smooth customer operations in a high-growth startup. You will work closely with our CTO and play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the best experience with Agentnoon.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Relations – Maintain and grow relationships with customers.

  • Sales & Upselling – Identify opportunities to sell more products or services.

  • Project Management – Ensure customer projects or deliverables are on track.

  • Problem-Solving – Address customer issues and find solutions quickly.

  • Reporting – Provide updates on customer performance, contracts, and renewals.
