Customer Outreach Supervisor

Part Time

Work Hours/Shift: 3pm-9pm

Salary: $12-15 an hour

Responsibilities

• Recruit marketing team


• Conduct initial and ongoing employee training


• Manage, coach and motivate marketing team


• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review, ensuring company goals and objectives are being met
