What you will do: Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments. Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction. Attendance (Reliable) Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs. Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate. Achieve established productivity matrices. Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses Guided by our core values—Belong, Innovate, and Grow—we embrace and celebrate differences, knowing they make us stronger and more innovative. 2 yr. Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred High School Graduate Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Capable of working with limited supervision. Strong computer skills. Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars
