is seeking for a

Customer Program Management Specialist

to manage customer relations by ensuring contractual Flight and Maintenance training commitments and expectations are properly defined and delivered. Leads pro forma customer training conferences and direct sale resource planning conferences. This position is based in

Singapore

at our training campus, located at Changi North.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.
Manage customer relations by ensuring contractual Flight and Maintenance training commitments and expectations are properly defined and delivered. Leads pro forma customer training conferences and direct sale resource planning conferences.
Works cross functionally to ensure all stakeholders are prepared to execute customer training.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Background and domain knowledge in one or more of Aviation, Aerospace and/or Airline Operations.
Ability to communicate in another language will be preferred
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $93,500 - $125,500
