Customer Relations Associate

At Dioji K-9 Resort & Athletic Club, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for both our canine guests and their owners. Our Customer Relations Associates are the welcoming faces of Dioji, helping create a positive, professional, and personalized experience for every customer.

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and organized individuals who genuinely love dogs, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an active, customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, managing dog check-ins and check-outs, and answering questions.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, routine emails, customer transactions, and account updates.
• Conduct facility tours and guide new customers through Dioji's enrollment process.
• Develop strong knowledge of our daycare, boarding, spa services, and retail products to educate customers and recommend appropriate offerings.
• Prepare daily report cards to keep owners informed about their dogs' stays.
• Communicate customer requests, questions, and concerns to management and other team members.
• Safely escort dogs of all sizes between reception, play yards, and accommodations, following established handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.

Schedule & Benefits

• $17.40–$18.40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our reservation and customer management systems.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or animal care experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring substantial standing and walking throughout the shift, including frequent trips between reception and the play yards. Associates must be able to move at a brisk pace when needed, safely handle dogs of varying sizes and strengths, and perform occasional bending, reaching, and light cleaning duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicable meal and rest breaks are provided.
