Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Responsible for timely communicating with Franklin Water Treatment customers in assessing their water treatment and/or water filtration needs and help resolve issues related to service, installation and/or deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively engage customers in-person or via telephone.
Determine water treatment and water filtration needs, including conducting water tests, as applicable.
Process customer purchases and schedule service, installation, and/or delivery orders
Provide basic technical support for customers.
Provide basic technical support of water treatment and/or water filtration systems.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Utilize the Company's relationship management toolset to facilitate and support the customers' business requirements and their customer needs.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Occasionally lift up to 30lbs

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service skills, including interpersonal and communication skills.
Effectively communicates information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to multitask, stay organized and work under pressure; organize work and able to work with minimum supervision.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Education and Experience

Equivalent of four years of high school
One to three years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Computer Skills

Microsoft Office
Service Titan
