Job Description - Customer Relations Lead

DEFINITION


Responsible for the day-to-day Customer Service Department. Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Service team. Ensuring that Customer Service Satisfaction goals are met.


 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


 



  1. Supervisor Customer service team

  2. Ensure all Customer service representatives are fully trained

  3. Support the Customer service team. With income calls and E-mails when needed.

  4. Ensure that the Customer Service Verbiage is accurate and correct.

  5. Help Marketing with questions they receive from social media

  6. Complete weekly IP meeting with each customer service Rep.

  7. Make sure Key measurement for customer service team are met and completed.

  8. Keep a 98% or higher customer satisfaction rating.

  9. Review Monthly Customer survey. And follow up when needed.

  10. Responsible for completing Sales orders.

  11. Attend meetings as needed. (Supervisor Training, Monthly Company Meeting etc.)

  12. Weekly IP Report and Meeting with Manager

  13. Help drive sales through the Customer service team.

  14. Support other members of sales/marketing team as needed.

  15. Work with an help our Dealer Customers & Distributor

  16. Ensure walk in Customer are taken care of.

  17. Keep Store inventory accurate and full.

  18. Help with Special/Service projects when necessary


 


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


Education: High School Diploma


Experience: Prior experience in customer relations & service, sales and management preferred. Prior experience in a manufacturing company preferred. Automated accounting and contact management systems expertise.
