Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Uncover customer's points of need and develop solutions.

· Effectively build and maintain trust-based professional relationships.

· Establish, communicate, and maintain site budgets outlining annual customer budgets.

· Be proactive in identifying and selling potential up-sale opportunities to enhance or resolve problems on client sites.

· Initiate and conclude renewals for grounds maintenance contracts for customer retention.

· Work quickly and operate with a high sense of urgency.

· Work well with all team members, leveraging their expertise with yours.

· Work with the operations team to ensure a high standard of quality.

· Gather and analyze customer needs and interests.

· Build strong business relationships and provide solutions to challenges.

· Deliver timely and accurate reports regularly.

· Support the mission, goals, and strategies of Crabapple.

Qualifications:

· Proven talent for cultivating relationships with good organizational habits.

· CRM software experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Microsoft Office is a must

· Strong oral and written skills

· College degree preferred (Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscaping, Marketing, Business Management, Landscape Design, etc.), but will consider proven experience in the landscaping industry instead of a degree. Experience should be at least 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry.

· Valid Georgia driver's license and good driving record

· Must have experience in outside sales experience

Work Conditions/ Essential Functions:

• Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods.
• Manual, labor-intensive position, requiring lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Needed to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly.
