Welcome to Maverick Toyota, a proud new member of the prestigious Vaughan Automotive Group. 

Maverick Toyota is looking for a Experienced Automotive Customer Relations Manager with expertise in Reputation Management. This position reports directly to the General Manager to ensure that our customers are being heard and that their concerns are being addressed. You would also work with community outreach programs as well as employee engagement initiatives.  This job is a perfect fit for someone who understands what an important role reputation management  plays in business today and can be a liaison between the dealership and our customers, both internal and external! You have the power to influence positive change across the dealership! Only candidates with automotive experience (preferably Toyota) will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online reputation
  • Respond to customer concerns and work with management to address trends
  • Hold management accountable for their individual departments and their public reputation
  • Manage Toyota CXI survey responses, reviews and alerts in regards to dealership experiences
  • Responsible for Customer Experience Center Responses
  • Monthly Round Tables to address process breakdowns
  • Community outreach
  • Coach and train employees regarding the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong reputation management expertise
  • Automotive experience preferably Toyota
  • Bilingual helpful
  • Great communicator- Listening skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and building reports
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Adept at Conflict Resolution
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings
