Job Description - Customer Relations Manager

Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR)!

Location: 190 Commerce Drive, Franklin, IN
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (plus performance bonuses)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to keep our schedules running smoothly, support our craftsmen, and ensure our customers—especially commercial clients—receive professional, hassle-free service.

No construction experience is required. If you can multitask, solve problems, and build strong client relationships, you’ll thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound job leads and educate customers about our services
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen
  • Use ServiceTitan software to maintain accurate job records and workflows
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and presented professionally
  • Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks
  • Follow up with past customers to build loyalty and generate repeat business
  • Support sales efforts through customer education and service recommendations
  • 5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Strong customer service and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable educating customers and supporting sales conversations
