Customer Relations Manager - Fox Lake Location

Advantage Honda of Fox Lake is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-obsessed Customer Relations Manager to elevate our in-store experience and online presence.

This is not a desk-only role we want someone who is active on the showroom floor, engaging customers, celebrating purchases, and helping create memorable moments.

You will play a key role in:

• Capturing customer delivery moments (photos, videos)
• Engaging with customers after purchase
• Driving online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)
• Creating a fun, high-energy dealership atmosphere

• Outgoing, energetic personality (must love engaging with people)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching customers proactively
• Basic social media and smartphone/photo skills
• Automotive or customer-facing experience preferred
• Organized and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
