Job Description - Customer Relationship Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking proactive, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Customer Relationship Specialists within our travel services division.

In this role, you will act as a trusted client partner — guiding individuals and families through planning, booking, and managing customized travel experiences. Your primary focus will be strengthening client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering consistent, high-quality service throughout the entire travel journey.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who excel in customer engagement, enjoy consultative support, and want flexibility in a remote work environment. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients travel needs

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

  • Manage booking confirmations, itinerary adjustments, and travel updates

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

  • Maintain accurate client profiles and booking documentation

  • Stay informed on destination updates, travel trends, and supplier promotions

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working across multiple online systems

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

  • Must be 18+ years old

  • Must reside in an eligible hiring region
