Customer Resolution Specialist

Veritas HHS seeks a Customer Resolution Specialist for the 30th Judicial District Child Support Services of Tennessee located in Memphis, TN. This position will begin on August 1, 2024

About the Position

• Receives and acknowledges work orders, priority work orders and hot calls and other inquiries from the statewide call center and DHS
• Responds directly to customer inquiries referred directly from DHS or elected officials
• Assigns work orders to case managers, operations managers, project manager, as appropriate, for resolution, with a copy to the appropriate supervisor/manager
• Enters each referred contact or complaint into our contact tracker and monitors response to ensure time frames and quality standards are met
• Produces daily reports for management team
• Perform related duties as required

• Associate’s degree or above preferred
• At least two years of experience in a child support or customer service call center environment
• Education can be substituted for years of experience
• Excellent  communication skills
